CANCELLATION POLICY

Good Girls Read® Cancellation Policy Last updated: April 2026

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing info@goodgirlsread.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after this window as orders may enter fulfilment quickly.

Cancelling After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then follow our standard Returns process to receive a refund.

Your Right to Cancel Under UK Law

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@goodgirlsread.com within 14 days of delivery. We extend this to 30 days as part of our standard returns policy.

Return postage for cancellations under this right is the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the dispatch date by contacting us. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard cancellation and returns policy applies.
